The study on the appraisal of influencing factors of the enterprise technology innovation talents´ team

The team-building of technology innovation talents is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises.First this paper proposes an index system of appraising an enterprise technology innovation talents´team, and then use ANP(analytic network process) method to analyze the relation between the indexes,and to obtain the weight of each index. This paper reveals the degree of each index´s influencing enterprise technology innovation talents´ team, and makes enterprises be clear about the key influencing factor, and then strives to offer references for enterprises.
