Study on the relationship between fixed assets investment and business income of the telecommunication enterprises based on distributed lag model

With the change of the environment and the subject of telecommunication market investment, and the current large-scale construction of 3G networks, the relationship between investment and income became the most concerned problem of the telecommunication enterprises. This paper first conducted a cointegrating test on investment in fixed assets and the business income in telecommunication industry, then quantized the relationship between the two using the dynamic distributed lag model, and analyzed the results integrated with the features of telecommunication enterprises. Finally came up with the application proposal of the model in the telecommunication enterprises.
