Abstract :
Development of self-brand intellectual property rights and core technologies for auto is top priority to China´s self-brand auto companies. Along with the fast development of auto industry in China, the disadvantage in intellectual property rights obstructs development of self-brand car. The paper stressed on the current situation of intellectual property right, pointed out the main problems and put out further development strategy. Self-brand car companies should put more fund, manpower and resource on R&D, independent innovation and personnel training, to form a independent innovation platform, to enhance the core competitiveness for auto company.
