Abstract :
This paper introduces the method of measuring the form errors and position errors of workpieces using computer vision technology based on LabVIEW. The coaxiality degree of watt-hour meter LD68 based on long life technology is taken as a study object. The overall design of measuring system and vision measurement module of LabVIEW is presented. The detailed algorithms and it´s LabVIEW program for edge-extraction and measuring coaxiality degree are put forward. At last, the experimental results show that this method satisfies the measuring demands.
