Construction project management involves multiple parties, the owners management of construction project plays a fundamental and core role in project management. Combining theory and practice, based on the owner´s view of building project management, the paper explained a number of points in order to better implement the project management, so as to better promote Chinese construction market and industry healthy and stable development.
