Under the market based on incomplete information search theory study of drug price

This paper made exploring the root causes of china´s virtual-high medicine price as a starting point, and the retail market price of new exclusive production drugs as the research object. Based on the search theory in information economics, through establishing the search model of drug price, this paper derived that the new drug prices mainly affected by search cost demand and the offer distribution. Finally, based on the conclusions, this paper presents the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
