Abstract :
This paper analyzed the interests and conflicts of business and media, and then carried out strategies from four aspects: enterprise attitude, information dissemination, media collaboration and internal staff. That is AIMS strategy of public relations, hoping to be an effective guide for enterprise´s crisis management.
