Abstract :
According to this article, macroscopic changes in the increasing speed of Chinese consumption indicates that, with the comprehensive influences of the financial crisis and macroscopic control lance, an unexpected change must have taken place in individual consumption behaviour, too. Authors of this article planned to collect microcosmic statistics in respect of individual consumption behavior by means of questionnaires. Then the statistics will be quantization. The Mapco Model of the sequential decision will be used to demonstrate the overall directions of changes in Chinese people´s consumption ability. It is found that in the process of China´s internationalization, the state policy of macroscopic control lance will do its utmost to reduce and release the evil effects on the Chinese economy by the deteriorating international economic environment. Macroscopic control lance, by making use of the international economic power, permeates itself into individual consumption behavior and at the same time promotes consumption activeness. The colonization effect, resulting from changes in individual consumption behavior, would promote the development of the macroscopic economy towards a better future.
