At the present era, competition in the world can finally be deduced to the competition of the talents, especially innovative talents. Fostering of these talents poses new and higher requirements on building harmonious campus environment. This article was based on the view that the construction of a harmonious campus environments is the requirement of cultivate creative personality, stimulate innovative thinking, and improve innovation capability of college students, the author made a conclusion that we should strive to create a healthy and harmonious education environment, strongly shape the innovative and harmonious cultural environment and effectively enhance the building of an excellent academic atmosphere of school spirit, and always adhere to the harmonlous people-oriented management philosophy.
