Abstract :
Integrated from the three articles on Vague plan, the paper advanced the Vague plan optimization algorithm, which proposed the definition of the transforming formula from the single data to Vague data, and also put forward two transforming formulas from the single data to Vague data, and proposed one similarity measure formula among one Vague set. The two formulas are the basic foundation of the Vague plan optimization algorithm. The paper applied this method to the issue of highway express software basis process, and the applied examples showed that they are both practical for two proposed formulas and the Vague plan optimization algorithm.
