Abstract :
The project management is management activities accompanied with demanding and high risks, so it is necessary to evaluate its risks. Currently methods of risk assessment is more, of which the application of fuzzy mathematics method is the most widely, but this method in determining weight of risk factor exists some limitations. The fuzzy evaluation model based on entropy has been built by analyzing the risk factor of project management and the introduction of “ertropy weight” concept in this text, thus it overcomes the fuzzy mathematics method identified limitations of weight, when the model is applied to the process of construction risk assessment, it proves to be effective and practical, and the method provides reference value and actual guidance for project management decision-making.
