Abstract :
Milling-force model has very important influence for studying of metal cutting theory. The high speed cutting experiment of carbon fiber composite material has been carried out by the method of orthogonal experiment, and the influence of four important factors (milling speed, milling width, feeding speed, milling depth) has been considered sufficiently. The establishing process of the milling force model was deduced detailed. The establishment of milling force model of carbon fiber composite material has provided the base for the investigating of cutting process further.
