  • Abstract
    The paper discusses the working principle and architecture of UPQC. It described three check schemes for UPQC, for enhancing power quality of sensitive non-linear loads. Based on the different characteristics of series part and shunt part, different schemes have been designed. Extensive results of digital computer simulation studies are presented to validate the proposed check strategies. The results indicates the check strategies has good applicated prospects.
