Abstract :
Digital instrumentation and control systems has been widely used to high-risk system, which changes the context influencing human performance, cognitive processes and human-machine interaction, thus lead to new human errors and error mechanism. This paper constructs the extended human error analysis model for analyzing the possible cognitive and action errors. And then human error causal factors are analyzed in the conceptual causal model of human error which can be used to analyze the root cause of human error, thus it is useful to prevent human error and train operator´s cognitive skills.
