Abstract :
Based on the sample data from 262 listed companies within the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, this paper conducted an empirical analysis on the relationship of the human capital structure, compensation and the managing efficiency. The results shows, there was a positive correlation between the managers´ age, tenure, average education level and the managing efficiency; while the ownership concentration, board size and the managing efficiency were significantly and negatively correlated; and a positive correlation appeared between the proportion of shares hold by the largest shareholder, the nature of the controlling shareholders, the proportion of shares hold by institutional shareholders, the proportion of independent directors and the managing efficiency.
