Abstract :
In China, power supply company has solved a lot of problems of rural power management by computer. Because informatization is not enough, grassroots power supply companies have different situations and some promoting softwares could not satisfy grassroots units´ individual needs. At present, there are still some problems of rural power management in city county-level power supply company, such as rural power management does not achieve all-round informatization, it is not easy for leaders to monitor grassroots units and the operation of staffs is not regulate. These become problems and difficulties which need to be solved urgently. This paper is designed for putting forward a set of solutions for city county-level power supply companies. It designs a city county-level rural power informatization decision support platform based on integrated management thoughts, workflow technology and Petri net model focus on details of rural power business to improve Smart Grid construction.
