Abstract
This paper designs and makes a questionnaire based on a deep interview, and analyzes those data by SPSS11.5, then constructs recognition model of the network learning by EFA, on basis of these, it tests the validity of recognition factors and the reliability of recognition model by CFA empirical study and Cronbach´a coefficient. Results show that knowledge acquisition, knowledge absorption and knowledge innovation are three main factors in identifying network learning.
