Abstract :
Today, the competition of retail business market in China is shifting from the scale competition to competition of supply chain management, and fierce market competition make retailers gradually realize that it is indispensable that supply chain management in retail business must be integrated. Based on the advantages analysis of supply chain management in retail business, this paper proposed integration measures of the supply chain management in retail business, the retail business can integrate supply chain in accordance with supply chain design, information technology, and it can establish strategic alliances with supply chain members by modern logistics to integrate supply chain in order to achieve the efficient management of the capital flow, information flow and logistics of various members, reducing operational costs, improving enterprise efficiency and service quality, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
