Abstract :
Technical innovation is an effective means for realizing the adjustment and upgrading of construction industrial structure and enhancing the industrial competitiveness. This paper analyzes that the government policy arrangement promotes and supports the construction technological innovation. In addition, the study offers concrete solutions to support system in the capital, intellectual property protection and benefits, technology introduction and digestion, and technological innovation mechanism.
