Abstract :
This article discusses the status of the sustainability strategy of private enterprises in China, one is not setting up sustainable development strategy, and the other is the private enterprise internal mechanism is not perfect, resulting in a vicious competition; finds out the three element that impacts the sustainable development strategies of private enterprises: First, private enterprises are lack of core competitiveness, and second, there is some problems with the management in the private enterprises, the third, independent innovation mechanism is not established; and points out that how the private enterprise can achieve sustainable development strategy, there are three ways: mechanism innovation and human resources strategy, product strategy and corporate culture strategy, conclusion is that if China´s private enterprises are to become a hundred famous enterprises, they must establish a set of sustainable development strategy. Through the example of a business in one private enterprise: Henan Safety Glass Co., Ltd, it proves that sustainable development can be achieved with the author´s point of view.
