Abstract :
The competitive balance of professional sports league is studied by bibliography and specialists visiting. The causation, rationality and probability of professional sports league´s pursuit of competitive balance are analyzed and the level of competitive balance is evaluated by adopting the case of National Basketball Association. The institution and practice of regulations of revenue sharing, salary cap, luxury tax, and draft of NBA, which improve competitive balance, are also emphasized.
