The safety technical standards of large and important constructions are the unified regulation on the safety and quality for large and important buildings. Meanwhile, they are also a form of expression with the parameters of construction safety. The essence of safety technical standard is stipulated that in accordance with which a technical architecture products design and construction level organization of production. Security problems of large and important buildings are more advanced to the normal constructions in aspect of technology, and the technical standard requirements are more stringent than normal technical standards.
