The Capability of Independent Innovation and Strategic Choice in Hebei Iron and Steel Industry

Iron and steel industry is one of the strategic support for industries in Hebei Province. In the current international economic crisis and domestic mode shift of the economic development , iron and steel industry in Hebei needs further and in-depth adjustment of product structure, to enhance industrial competitiveness. In this article, it analysis the results from innovation and product cost-effective in terms of both iron and steel industry in Hebei province´s independent innovation ability descriptively. On this basis, this article has built the index system of iron and steel industry which evaluates the ability of independent innovation. The results showed that, Hebei Province is located in the last one in the five provinces.Finally, under the facts of the development of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province, It Should be comprehensive three essential factors ,there are state of the market, the technological development stage and the technology locates , then put forward the camera´s independent innovation strategy choice model.
