Abstract
This paper pay attention to the hot issue about economic growth mode´s change and logistics industry´s upgrade in today´s society. We begin by describing the practical importance to the transformation and upgrade of China´s modern logistics industry, and then survey the literature and accessing to identify four key factors: human resources inventory, market capacity, the manufacturing intensity and Infrastructure of logistics, which mainly effect the transformation and upgrade of modern logistics. Finally, we take the logistics industry in Ningbo for example, analyze the relationship between the four key factors and appeal to the FDI 〈Foreign Direct Investment 〉 of Ningbo logistics industry by econometric models,and put forward some corresponding policy recommendation on how to attract FDI to promote the transformation and upgrade of China´s logistics industry effectively.
