Abstract :
In order to evaluate the effect of rock mass grouting, we can use acoustic full wave logging in basement rock mass grouting to check the quality. Through the hole wall´s sound wave image data of the acoustic full wave logging, we analysed the joint fissure of drill holes´ growth and the filling situation of fracture zone and mortar. The result showed that the slurry under the external pressure is mainly infiltrate through the cracks, which have better connectivity and can extend further to the outside hole rock mass when it is grouting. The cracks are ignored if they are not connected the infiltration tube or they will be split and part-filled under the press of grouting, and may cause some effects such as full caving method, half fill caving method and cement mortar outflow and so on. The filling of fracture zone have something to do with the scale, property of fracture zone and the connectivity of grouting holes. It is viable that to use the acoustic full wave logging on checking the quality of rock mass grouting.
