Abstract
Simulated city sewage was dealed with Bio-Dopp reactor, study on the influence factors of temperature and DO to short-cut simultaneous nitrification-denitrification. The result: removal ratio of TN increased with temperature rise, removal ratio of TN was 37.29% at the temperature of 10°C and 75.08% at the temperature of 35°C. Nitrite concentration of effluent was higher than nitrate concentration at the temperature of 15°C, which demonstrated nitrite accumulated, so 15°C is the critical temperature of short-cut nitrification. Effect of removal nitrogen was good at the temperature of 20~35°C. At two temperature period the influence of DO to short-cut simultaneous nitrification was little difference; the optimal concentration of DO to short-cut simultaneous nitrification and denitrification was 0.4 mg/L, removal ratio of TN was 74.77%.
