Abstract :
The technical requirements of the changing rolls system of continuous mill train on line and the features of the speed control with electro-hydraulic proportional flow control value was introduced in this paper, then the make-up of the changing rolls system of continuous mill train on line based on PLC, speed control with electro-hydraulic proportional flow control value and the changing rolls system control console was discussed. The hardware and software of this control system was designed.
