  • Abstract
    Experiment is made on the complete steel girders reinforced with GFRP and CFRP separately. The load-displacement curve and carrying capacity of the steel girder are obtained. The contrastive analysis of the reinforcement effect of these two materials is conducted in order to evaluate whether the gluing of GFRP and CFRP can improve the steel girder performance so as to provide effective parameters for the strengthening design.
