A Study of Industry Chain Integration Based on Fourth Party Logistics: Taking NingBo Auto Parts Industry as an Example

The Fourth Party Logistics is an effective platform which enables to integrate third-party logistics, IT service providers, management consulting firms and other resources, achieve the inter-enterprise supply chain management, promote industrial chain integration .Firstly, This paper introduces the basic theory about fourth-party logistics and industrial chain, then according to the characteristics of fourth party logistics , builds a model that makes use of fourth party logistics to promote industrial chain integration model, designs an operational logistics platform of auto industry for auto parts industry. Finally, taking Ningbo auto parts industry as example, developed the corresponding integrated strategy, but also provides a theoretical basis for the local government policy.
