Abstract
Since the concept of "integrity" was proposed, the integrity tests have received extensive attention. This paper will review the researches and literature on this topic around five themes: (1) The definition of integrity test and the way of pencil-and-paper test. (2) The factors influencing integrity. (3) The criterion-related validity studies of integrity. (4) The faking of integrity tests. (5) The prospect of application in China. The conclusion is that, based on the consideration of culture, the key to the application of integrity test in China is the development of inventory and the technical details, and make it conform to the domestic patterns of behavior.
