Abstract
Corporate culture is an important factor affect knowledge sharing within the organization. But this study found that corporate culture is not a direct impact on knowledge sharing within the organization. Corporate culture affects staffs´ communication behavior first, thereby affects knowledge sharing within the organization. This study have shown that different types of corporate culture have different effects on the communication behavior of staffs, and staffs´ communication behavior bias in different types of corporate culture, and different communication behavior have further effect on knowledge sharing in different ways.
