Abstract :
For the system of macro micro-feed table, deformed guide rail joints is designed using of flexible hinge. The 2D stiffness matrix is derived from principle of minimum potential. And the stiffness matrix is applied to micro-feed table which contains deformed guide rail joints. The simplifying computation model of the micro-feed table is obtained. The results of simplifying model are compared with finite element model and laboratory result. The effectiveness and practicality of the method is tested and verified.
