  • Abstract
    Strategic choice for enterprises is a complex multi-level question of decision-making, and the traditional qualitative methods can´t meet the needs of the decision. Considering the various qualitative and quantitative indicators, this paper uses the fuzzy synthetic evaluation methods featuring in entropy of information based on SWOT to establish the strategic choice model of the decision-making, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the method combined with a concrete example.
