Abstract :
Repeatability is one of important accuracy properties of precision automatic inspecting machine for aviation coupling (PAIM), which is a kind of post-process inspection machine used in production environment. General Measurement System Analysis (MSA) method is only suitable to single measuring-point independent sample. In order to evaluate the repeatability of PAIM, a new repeatability evaluation method based on independent sub-sample is presented, which is the improvement of general MSA, and is suitable to automatic measuring process with multi-measuring points. Trial shows the feasibility and applicability of the proposed repeatability evaluation method.
