A Preliminary Study on the Operational Efficiency Evaluation for Electricity Market Based on Synergetics

The operational efficiency of electric power industry must be evaluated under the reform oriented to market. Considering the characteristics of electricity market, the limitations of traditional efficiency evaluation approaches were pointed out. A new concept of coordinated territory that constituted by some key indices which reflect the conditions of the market was put forward. The way of how to develop a coordinated territory by using the principle of synergetics was explored. A novel evaluating approach for the market operational efficiency was established taking into account effective competition, and order parameter was gained by means of Haken model.
