Abstract :
According to the needs of high-speed rail slab factory manufacturing resources management, analyzing the features of the rail slab production and the problems encountered in the process of implementing the MRPII system from applicable aspect, system requirements of the rail slab factory implementing MRPII and key technologies of developing the system are put forward, which include the design of rough slabs master production scheduling, rail slab storage area view management, rail slab archives management and so on.
