  • Abstract
    The basalt filament and the glass fiber were used as raw materials, the different structure of fabric and different fineness of fabric were designed. And then the Werner Mathis AG LTF97885 coating machine was used to coat fabric. The coating process parameters were improved to obtain different types of diaphragm fabric. The elastic modulus was tested by 3380 Instron-based multi-function tester, finally, At last, the absorption coefficient of the basalt filament diaphragm fabric and the glass fiber diaphragm fabric are measured by VA-Lab4 IMP-AT Materials Testing. Experimental results showed that the elastic modulus of the diaphragm and the absorption coefficients of the he basalt filament diaphragm fabric was higher than the glass diaphragm fabric´s, which provided a basis for the development of the basalt filament diaphragm.
