Abstract :
Optimization of wheel loader is a multipurpose and multivariable design process. The virtual prototype of working device of loader was built and the optimization of overall performance was finished based on virtual typing technology. Firstly, the parametric model was established and the simulation results were analyzed. Secondly, design study was carried out and the most important design variables for performance were found out. Thirdly, optimization was made and overall performance met the requirements.
