Abstract :
Automatic steel pipe end-facing chamfering machine is the key equipment of the pipe production line and the automatic feed mechanism is an important part of it. In this paper, the ADAMS software is applied to the optimization design of the automatic feed mechanism. After optimization, the maximum lifting and propulsive forces are reduced by 59.9% and 67.7% respectively which saves energy significantly.
