Abstract :
The main purpose of human resources outsourcing is to improve enterprise´s core competence, reduce transaction cost, then constitute game relationship between enterprise and outsourcing service provider because of outsourcing projects and benefit distribution. Through introducing the concept of fair entropy in this game problem, the authors build the dynamic game model to research on the benefit allocation relationship between enterprise and outsourcing service provider from the perspective of fairness. This model can solve the problem of business number in the contract and enable enterprise to cost-effectively control, and the research results points that, in order to maximize the interests of enterprise, business number which proposed by enterprise and the proportion of reward and punishment are important consideration factors, and put forward some relevant policies and proposals.
