Abstract :
This paper establishes a post-evaluation index system which can be used to economic benefits post-evaluation on the grid construction projects. According to the features of this project evaluation, the membership functions using to evaluate indexes is formed and the value weight is determined by fuzzy AHP .Then, this method is applied to one project with economic effects evaluation. This method can reduce the experts´ subjective uncertainty in the evaluation process in that they should make a better decision among various indexes, and finally the post-evaluation conclusion of economic benefits is scientific and rational.
