Abstract :
In the world of new economy, great changes are taking place in the living environment of enterprises. Consequently, traditional enterprise financial management is greatly challenged in terms of its objectives, models, concepts and contents. The present paper, after a careful analysis of different kinds of drawbacks of traditional enterprise financial management, puts forward innovative ideas to adapt to the highly-developed E-commerce environment, thus improving enterprise financial management in terms of its means, goals, strategic directions, risks, indicator systems, and objects.
