To improve developing level of forestry is essential to forestry eco-system and forestry industry. And input-output efficiency is the most important measure of forestry developing level. The paper calculates forestry input-output efficiency of 31 districts with DEA, and arranges them in the order of results through horizontal and longitudinal analysis. The paper compares and ranks the forestry input-output efficiency with cluster analysis. There is an important reference value for results to correctly understand the forestry developing level in our state-owned forest areas and make relevant forestry policies.
