Abstract

This Paper tends to study the multiple factors impacting Zhejiang Family Firm sustainable growth from such aspects as entrepreneurship, governing structure, organization mechanism, family factors and corporate resource, from which a Zhejiang Family Firm sustainable growth affecting factor model is lay out. We use reliability, effectiveness and multi-regression analytical method. The research result indicated that governing structure, incentive mechanism, Family commitments, Family participation, Financial resources affect Zhejiang Family Firm sustainable growth significantly.
