Abstract :
In order to cope with climate change and global warming, cities and many international organizations actively promote the construction of low-carbon city, which needs evaluation mechanism to support related policies. Based on the theory of fuzzy rough set, this paper constructs the evaluation model and index system of urban low-carbon economy comprehensive evaluation from five aspects include economy, technology, energy consumption, society and environment. The cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing are chosen as examples to prove the validity of the model.
