Abstract :
Exploitation and utilization of coal resources have polluted and damaged the ecological environment. It´s time to control the coal mining and bring coal enterprises into the circular economy system that would realize the coal enterprises´ sustainable development. Based on the theory of circular economy and cleaner production, we can construct a Coal Eco-Industrial Park, which has include a series of green industry chains that will improve the efficiency of each resource.
