Control and Coordination Research & Integrated Management System Development of Chemical Engineering Project Design

Integration and Informatization management of engineering project is the effective way to improve project management. How to use the limited resource and the lowest cost to implement integrated management is the goal of the project manager. On the ground of analyzing characteristics of modern chemical engineering project design, This paper focuses on quality control, progress control and coordination control of the design stage. Then, An integrated management system has been proposed. It takes the 3D model and the project database as a core and realize the integrated management of engineering design information, quality control, progress control and coordination control.
