  • Abstract
    Taking the electronic manufacturer Y as an example, this paper uses the stream-flow diagram to discuss the improvement process of such a production system. Based on the theory of lean value and the production process status of this factory, it describes the process with the visualized way and identifies the main kinds of waste. And working out the optimal output of products by the mathematical model. Finally it improve the value stream of the supply chain without changing the layout of facility and the product process.
