Abstract :
For realizing automatic voltage control and automatic protection, the traditional mechanical potentiometer was replaced by an automatic unit with hardcore device: microcomputer-single chip and digital programmable potentiometer (DPP), and the power voltage of the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) were adjusted exactly by the auto unit. The automatic control process of the ESP´s work voltage was described in detail by a three combined electric field model with 150mm between discharging electrode and collecting plate, by monitoring parameters of the ESP entrance particle size and the exit dust concentration were depended on. The corresponding flow chart was given out.
