Abstract :
A new multi-channel virtual ultrasonic testing system which consists of PC cards, focus probes and machine system is proposed. Using this system the A, B, C scan, data processing and quantitative analysis can be realized. In addition, computer technology, virtual instrument, signal and image process technology are introduced to ultrasonic nondestructive testing and the range of application of traditional ultrasonic testing is hence extended. The characters of our system are as follows: test efficiency, high precision, and easy parameters adjustment.
